The account executive position is responsible for successfully closing new clients each month by explaining the Instabot value proposition to inbound leads and gaining commitment to buy, primarily over the phone. Target clients will largely consist of small and medium sized SaaS businesses. This position is based in New York, NY.

There is no travel for this job, and our package consists of a competitive base and bonus.

The company has a high volume of inbound leads generated from marketing engagement efforts and business development reps, so no cold calling is required. You will cultivate the inbound leads to close new clients and identify additional outreach strategies.
An account executive will learn a tremendous amount about the burgeoning chatbot space and digital marketing more broadly.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
BA or BS
2+ years of sales experience with track record of success and proven ability to close
Experience leading a consultative sales process and/or selling a technically oriented product
Highly motivated, proactive and creative
Detail oriented, with excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills
Motivated by money, but also has the rare combination of good teamwork skills and willingness to go above and beyond to do what’s right for the client and the company
