API support for Accounts Creation and Management

As our top requested feature, we’ve implemented full API support for account creation and management. Now you can fully manage:

  • Account creation, with various account types
  • Account permissions
  • The ability to set the number of bots, on a per-account basis

Chatbot metrics via API/Scheduled Data Export

In addition to the API support for accounts creation and management, we’ve also released the ability to export various account performance metrics from Instabot. This means you can fully integrate with your analytics system(s). 

Among others, we support the following metrics:

  • Unique user interaction per bot
  • Number of users who completed the goal for a given chatbot (goal completion rate or goal conversion rate)
  • Ratio of human takeover to chatbot interaction
  • Number of chat sessions for a given time period per chatbot
  • Active users 

Advanced white-label platform

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve released more advanced white-label support, too. This means updates to four key areas:

  1. Fully anonymized JavaScript code
  2. White-labelled SendGrid, Zapier, Salesforce, O365 and Gmail integrations
  3. SEO Support
  4. Lead generation capabilities across your agency accounts - drive leads to your site, acquire more clients, close more deals!
